DL 180 G5 turns off automatically after 15-20 sec

In this case what you r suspecting. I sit system board or memory problem.

but you said you already replaced System board
well I know SB can be DOA according previous notes you have not replaced RAM - Procs - Riser Cage1.

1. RAM As far as I know this server can be tested with 1 RAM at a time

2. get another one there is no other way to test

3. Remove physically the Riser cage these DL180 G5 does not need the riser cage to power on

4. System Board as I said might be DOA
is HP working with you on this?

There r 2 RAM in this server. I have tested 0ne by one. Same problem. Removed the PCI riser cage also.I have tested with diffrent processor from BL 460 C same problem.
I have alreay open a case with HP. In this I have already ordered a Drive cage.I am waiting for that. HP also saying to wait for this part.

Hi Mr. Karlo, After replacing the power switch the server did not turn OFF.
