My server has embedded RAID controller and SATA drives.
Has anyone found the driver for this Storage Controller?
Any help on the driver's proper instrallation would also be appreciated.
I will be using 2008 SBS and the HP support person said that the drive would simply install from the Microsoft 2008 SBS disk....NOT!

Re: DL 320 G5
No haven't tried that driver yet. I will first thing tomorrow.
One question though, do you know if this driver will work with Windows SBS 2008 which is the OS I was planning on using (the driver you specified says Server 2008 x64).
(I can use Server 2008 x64, but was planning on using SBS.)
Oh one more question. Does installation require just using a usb floppy and pointing the OS loader to that drive?

SolutionI already discussed here
just check drivers for NICs they are the same .exe file so no worries
2. no Thanks God W2008 has the option to load the driver using an USB key / USB flash Drive
you just extract the .exe I linked and you insert the USB key when W2008 asks you in order to load the drivers
