DL 320 WU2 Controller can't detect U3 Harddisk

Hi!
My company recently got a used proliant DL320 sever. When we try to start up the system, the computer show that they only can detect the WU2 D. There are 2 ID in side the server, one WU2 and one U3, but the server can only detect the WU2 D.
Do anyone know what's wrong with the server?

check your scsi ID jumper...
make sure no pins are bent and that the cable is secure and doesnt have any cuts in it
