Anyone know if I pull a HD from a DL 360 G3 and put it in a G4 machine, will it work? I know they are using different Array Controllers, I tried once and they didn't work. Anyone knows workarounds?

Yugao:
If your running Windows, you need to polulate your registry with the proper entry for the 6i controller. I have attached the key you need to import.
After importing it, you should be able to swap them to the g4.
If your running Linux, you will need to rebuild the kernal with the proper driver. (most likely).
Use the 6i reg key file in the zip.
