DL 360 G5 bugcode_Usb_driver error

Hi I am recieving bugcode_Usb_driver error when i try to install server 2008, I have also tried to use the smart start available on the drivers web page. same problem your help would be greatly appreciated

Before doing anything else I would update the 7 years old BIOS and all the other firmware using SPP 2013.02.

Current BIOS is 2011.05.02.

thanks I will give that a try, was under the impression the smartboot DVD would update it for me as well
