Did you remove any of the hard drives?

Check in smart storage administrator , if the "re-enable" logical drive option is availavle. If yes, re-enable the LG.

No I don't remove HDD.

When I re-enable logical drive, is that is possible to loss data?

Hello @Thawzin

If you try to klick on the re-ebale LG option, you are most probably getting an automated warning, saying that the option may cause data loss. If the Logical Drive is still healthy it will will come up again after re-enabling. If not, worst case would be to end in the same situation as now. So my recommendation is to re-enable the drive.
