DL 360G6 : network problem

I have 3 DL 360G6.
same last firmwares on 3 DL.
2 servers in windows 2008 SP2 Std EN
1 server in Windows 2008RC2 Std FR

Network on servers with win 2008 work fine but we have problem with the server in RC2.
Time to time the Network stop responding.
And restart after few moment.
We have no log in Windows, no log on HP network admin, on the switch ( CISCO 2960 1Gb).

We 've configured just one port on server, two ports with teaming but each time we have the same problem (change network cable too).

is it a known problem ?

hello, try to boot one drive from working server in problematic server. If problem persists, it is definitelly HW issue - contact HP support.
If server works fine, you problem is OS/drivers related - check updates/drives/change OS to full release.

Thank's for your reply.
T've started the server with CD Linux and i have the same problem (HW problem !).
I call HP support.
