DL 370 G6 and ML 370 G5

I have a HP proliant DL 370 G6 with path number:487791-001. i need a processor that can work with it.

i also have a HP proliant ML370 G5 with path number:458345-421  which i also want to upgrade. i need a processor and  a 4GB memory that can work with it.
