DL 380 G2 Problem With Scsi Id configurations

Hi,
I have faced this problem thrice on the same model but haven`t got any solution yet...
First Instanse:- DL 380 G2 server with 5i array controller. Two Harddisks configured in Raid 1, Hdd with ScSi Id 1 fails but in ACU it shows SCSI id -9 failed and when i installed a new HDD it took as a free harddisk showing it out of array and i cannot do anything with the array cannot modify Nothing.
I faced the same problem at two more locations
one customer Id=0 failed and in ACU it was showing id-11 and the second one id-4 failed and in ACU was showing id-6 failed...
Can Anyone Suggest on the same cause i have not got any solution from product support team of HP....I am attaching few snaps of the problem.....

Re: DL 380 G2 Problem With Scsi Id configurations

how can you say that scsi id is 1?
by position of hdd in slot?
have you tried net raid assistant?
if you don't have auto rebuild set on controller the new hdd will be set as free or hot spare
you have to assign to raid and start rebuild
it's easy to do using netraid assistant

Re: DL 380 G2 Problem With Scsi Id configurations

Hi
Thanks for reply
Scsi Ids are according to bay in which the HDD is placed. Auto Rebuild is enabled and its not taking the hdd for rebuild because of the change in scsi ids. Can U please have a look on the image i have attached.

Thanks
