DL 380 G3 - United Linux 1.0 - Fan speed

Hello together,

I have a question concerning a DL 380 G3 with United Linux 1.0.

The fans are quite noisy and I know that you can reduce the speed by software. I installed the HP Server Management Application and Agents for UnitedLinux 1.0, started the daemons and every went fine. When I make hpasm status everything is ok.
But I thought that the cmahealthd watches the temperature in the server and reduces the fan speed if possible. My server just runs with full speed at the fans.
So my question is: Which agent or software do it need to slow down the fans?
