DL 380 G4 Server with Quantum Superloader3
Server wil hang at the point of autoloader deetecting, once u switch off server will boot correctly, is HP 64bit ulta320 scsi card will support the Quantum autoloader. HP is saying quantum is a third party autoloader so they are not giving solution. pls help

Suresh, the first thing would be to go to Third party company and get a list of supported controllers that work with their autoloaders.
Make sure the scsi card is seated properly, tried a different slot for it, make sure cables and seated correctly.

It is a PCI-X card, it is not available locally, card is properly seated, changed slot etc , but still problem is there.

As said,you need to check which all controllers support the quantum autoloaders.
