DL 380 G4, keeps rebooting??

The server will unexpectedly shutdown and eventually boot back up. Nothing is forcing it to restart and there is nothing in the event logs to show for this, except for one event that reads, the server shutdown unexpectedadly at "blank" time. No reason. Now, after a few of these restarts, I did notice that the first LED indicator, did flash red, then caused this. After watching this, it somehow seems to be a power issue. When the servers goes to reboot, you hear the fans spool up and then back down and up again, and all of the LEDs in front, constantly cycle and keep flashing, eventually booting normally. We turned off the server and attempted a standard cold boot, nothing, tried again and it finally booted. The server is plugged into a UPS, that contains 2 other servers plugged into it. The UPS is under utilized and wouldn't be causing the problem. The other 2 servers are ok. Just for kicks, we took out the power supply in the back, and inserted it in the next spot(inside). Turned on fine and has been up for a couple of hours.
After running many diagnostics, we still can't determine the exact problem..any info or help is appreciated...

It sounds like a power subsystem problem, perhaps the Power Converter Module is faulty!!
