DL 380 G4 - memory issue

I got a DL380 G4 W2003 standard I installed 6 gb of memory but It just recognizes me 4 gb.

what could be the issue?

hi karlo
the issue here is that win2003 standard edition only supports 4gb ram. I suggest upgrading to enterprise, good luck
