DL 380 G5 Raid 5 Drives Not Displaying Properly

I have 4 physical 72GB SAS Drives. When I look at the Smart Array E200 controller using the Array Configuration utility I see all 4 drives and the total size is displaying 209924 MB Raid 5.

When I look at the C: Drive properties it only shows 146 GB.

I went back through the Array wizard, selected my stripe size as 64K, RAID 5. I still only shows 146 GB on C: and 209 GB in the Array Controller. I have also ran diagnostics with HP Insite Manager and all 4 drives show that they are good.

Can someone shed some light on this please?

Knew I was have a brain fart. Drive was partitioned with unformatted portion.
