DL 380 G5 Storage Server Remote Desktop Problem

Hi,
I have a ProLiant DL380 with Win2003 Storage Server Configured as SMA. it is with SP2 the problem is that when I try to access Remote Desktop it gives an error message(See the attached file). I have checked all the settings firewall is off, even changed the IP but problem still persists. We can access the server through VNC, and even get the Remote Desktop of other machines from this server.

One more thing that we have one another same storage server at different location.But at that server too , we are facing the same problem.
