DL 380 G5 and server 2008 R2

DL 380 G5 and server 2008 R2

I am trying to load 2008 R2 and it hangs up at the last step of the install process. I have run all of the firmware updates I can find. It loads teh 2008 Enterprise version just fine. The Image I have is a wipe and reload.
