DL 380 G6 Power Supply VIN

Hello,

we have a regularly failure on one of our 460 W power supplys of a dl 380 G6. in the system managment homepage it shows - bay 1, status : vin low warning. bay 2, status :no error

whats the meaning of "vin low warning" ?

after a reboot the failure dissapears but comes back after a few days. Just replace the power supply ?

Hi,

I believe it means Voltage-In. Have you check that your mains supply is clean(maybe you have that server plugged into a phase that is being overloaded) and that your rack power is not suffering from brown-outs?
