DL 380 Gen 8 fans making noise

I have a new gen 9 server that the fan are running at abnormal speeds intermittently.the speeds go up for about 10 minutes then backto normal what could be causing this?

Since this thread is about Gen8 server, you would be better off starting a new discussion with your Gen9 server issue. Please provide more information such as the iLO temperature readings and what if any extra cards you have added to the system

Do you check that all fan have a same of part number;

I suggest you to upgrade all Firmeware or the SPP of your server
