DL 380 R02 Non system disk error

I am have a DL380R02 that sometimes gets a "Non system disk error" when it reboots. We reboot our servers every weekend to support any patches we may have applied. On occasion this server will hang with the error. I have updated the firmware with the Firmware 7.1 CD. It didn't help.

Any ideas?

I've thought about replacing the array controller but I was hoping to eliminate other possibilities before I did that.

What post errors are you getting? Does the controller indicate it can't find a logical drive or does the controller give some other kind of error?
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..

The reboot is handled thru a script that runs thru Scheduled Tasks. As a result, I am never here when the reboot occurs. I get a call from our Operations center saying that it is down. I have them power cycle it (hard reboot) and then it comes back up again.
