DL 380 gen8 fan1 speed

Hello everyone 
Why this fan1 having lower speed than the other fans, Is it normal?
Fan1 6%
Fan2 34%
Fan3 43%
Fan4 43% 
Fan5 43% 
Fan6 43%
we have this situation since long time, so far no impact with this low fan speed, no error/alert at all, no CPU noise, no high temperature.

Hello ,

All fans speed will be different different all the time. As you said there is no issue with the server, hence you should not worry about this. this is working as per design.

why Fan1 has speed 6%, while other fans has speed more than 33%,

Hi 

As i said all fans won't on same speed, if you have still concern on FAN 1 then would request you to log a support case to review the logs throughly.

This fan work 6% since the 2018. no any issues in logs

Hi,

if you don't see any issues then there is no worry.  If fan had any issues then there would be alert in IML or server misbehaves in terms of over heat/noise.
