Good day, my question is is there a possiblity to update BIOS for DL 385p Gen8 in order for it to support UEFI? Or is there any way to launch OS with GPT partition?

Proliant Gen9 and newer servers are UEFI based machines.

SolutionFor anyone interested we found solution in this article, by moving MBR partition to external USB drive http://woshub.com/booting-windows-7-from-a-gpt-disk-using-bios-firmware-non-uefi/
