Hello,
We recently aquired a DL 385p gen8. All drivers have been installed except for a device that does not says exactly what it is.
It is under Other Devices by the name of "Base System Device" (It has an alert icon on it)
How can I identify what it is to search for a driver?
SO: Windows Server 2008 R2
Thanks for any help you may provide :)

SolutionHi,
This is usually iLO device or the Chipset on the system board.
Have you installed the below two drivers, if not, do install them.
HP ProLiant iLO 3/4 Channel Interface Driver for Windows X64 (American, International)
HP ProLiant iLO 3/4 Management Controller Driver Package for Windows Server 2008/2012 X64 (American, International)
Thank You!
