DL 580 Deployment
Greetings, I am wondering if Win XP can be used on a DL580 G2. Also is there a server designation in operating systems that specify the number of cpu's ?? My concern is not utilizing the total bandwith of the four cpu's in my unit. I am new to this platform and am teaching myself for an eventual rollout for my company. I also need to know how to integrate a HP fc storage array with this same platform. I have not been able to narrow down any concise info on the use and selection of the fc copper cable. I am interested in a "just a bunch of drives config initially. Tyia K Rich
