DL 580 G4 CPU upgrade Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000001E (0x80000003, 0xDD45B2F0, 0x000000

We had a DL 580 G4 Server with 4x2.8GHz CPUs with windows 2000 server sp4 which worked fine for more than 2 months. We upgraded the CPUs to 4x3.2GHz CPUs without changing anything in the OS. The system works but once a day gives a blue screen with the error bug
Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000001E (0x80000003, 0xDD45B2F0, 0x00000000, 0xF0A78948))
No other error found in the event viewer or hp diagnostics.
Any ideas?

Firmware, BIOS upgrade (to support the new processors), clearing NVRAM...
