DL 580 & 4 Xeon 2 Ghz

I have 4 Xeon 2.0 Ghz in my DL 580 G2 , but the OS (W2K Advance Server SP3) see 8 processors.

Can Somebody tell why.. ?

Hyper-Threading. I would recommend taking a look at:

The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..
