DL 785 G5 doesn't post after adding 8 new CPUs!!

Hi,
I just replaced 8 older CPUs(2.3Ghz) with 8 new CPUs(2.9Ghz) in the company's DL 785 G5 Proliant server. It has been over 15 minutes since i powered the server on and it still hasn't posted. There are no beeping red lights to indicate if anything is wrong. I used the old casing slot modules where the cpu, memory slots, and board reside. I didn't use the new ones that came with the new cpu(s) since they look the same as the ones in the slots already. Let me know if i did something wrong. Thanks.

What i meant is that i used the current processor cell units instead of the ones that came with the 2.9Ghz cpu(s) since they looked the same.

I was able to get the system to post, but it it only shows one cpu at 2.9Ghz. The system is already up to date at firmware 8.6 and BIOS A15 5-5-09. The LEDs for each slot shows nothing and the INT HEALTH is green, EXT HEALTH is green also. I have receded the cpu(s) to make sure they were seated properly as well as the memory. Any ideas? Thanks.
