DL100 G2 Restore CD did not solve problem

Hi Gurus
I have a DL100G2 Storage Server. It have problem with OS. then I initized 04 drivers. Restore OS by Quick Restore CD (5.5.1)
After restoration. OS did not comes up!.Screen has only prompt.
Does any one know why? how can I get the latest firmware for DL100 G2
