DL140 G3, 3GB or 4GB?
Hello all,
I've got a new DL140 G3, it came with 2GB of RAM, at the same time I ordered 2x1GB HP DIMMs, the part number on them matches the ones which came with the machine.
When I boot the machine sometimes the BIOS says 3GB, sometimes 4GB, it appears to be random.
I've tried swapping the DIMMs around, they all seem to be ok...
Any ideas? Thanks!

Re: DL140 G3, 3GB or 4GB?
Hi Karlo, it's currently running that version :(.
(There's also the issue that if the bios picks up 4GB of ram, Linux only sees ~3.2GB of it, it's an amd64 kernel).
