I think we'll have to call this a lost cause and I'll look at using the Windows NLB feature instead.

I mentioned google link... but dont worry the application is dead, I just link the cache page and it does not work just shows the link the file can not be downloaded
So... did you tried this one
this utility can be used to team those cards
Broadcom Advanced Control Suite (BACS)
which I found here in (see attached file sceen shot to show you which is the file)
"Windows Management Applications" section (below in the site)

try this and let me know

maybe you already fixed your issue R S Burnell
but just to let you know I had the chance to test BACS and worked for me fine
you only need .net framework 2.0 so BACS will work great
check attached file
