DL140 G3 install XP

Does anybody care to give me the recipe for installing XP Pro on a DL140 G3. It's not officially supported, but I know it can be done. What I really need is the file which creates the floppy with the storage driver.

like you mentioned it is not officially supported, so there is no XP driver...
Try the windows 2k3 one :

Hmm, that looks like the file, and it loads, but then the machine reboots to a BSOD 0x00000007.
