DL140-PXE-E61 Media test failure, check cable

Hi All,

I am getting a PXE-E61 Media test failure, check cable error. Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key.

No OS on the server. DL140 Gen 1 . I stuck a windows 2003 cd into it and the system did not read it. I called hp and they sent a new system board. I replaced the board and the error still happens. I only get a CTRL S during post. Please help.
