DL140 RAID-1?

I'm repurposing one of our DL140 servers, original version and not a G2 or G3. It's the one with 2 ATA drives. Is it possible to hardware RAID-1 the box as is, or do we need to get a 3rd party controller to do that? If we got a controller and did it that way, would it void the CarePack?

RE: Possible if any Warranty Hardware is accidentally damaged in the process of installing the 3rd Party Controller. Best check with HP Distributor or Support.
