DL140, Remote boot settings, BlackBox remote boot device

I have some dl140 servers in a colocation rack. I have some BlackBox remote boot devices. However, the DL140 servers don't auto restart when I use the BlackBox to remotely boot them. So, the BlackBox interrupts the power to a server but instead of the server restarting it simply stays in the Power Off state. Is there a setting I can change on the servers that will make them auto-start?

What's the function of Blackbox, Where is it connect.

The BlackBox device is a remote-boot device. All servers at the colocation facility plug their power cords into this device. If one of the servers becomes locked up I can access the BlackBox device and have it temporarily interrupt the power supply to the locked up server - performing a hard boot. However, the DL140 servers are not set to restart when they experience a power interruption - you are forced to physically push the power on switch. This defeats the purpose of the BlackBox device. Are there settings I can change on the DL140 to make it boot up whenever power is restored to it?
