DL140 and RedHat 8.0
Has anyone successfully installed and brought into producion a DL140 with dual cpus and RedHat 8.0?
Any tricks to make it more stable?

Re: DL140 and RedHat 8.0
RedHat 8.0 was not the intended deployment O/S for this server as RedHat ended support for 8.0 a while back... so did HP.
You may be able to get the O/S to build on this server as it really a PC in a pizza box.
Here is a doc that gicves some hints on installing RHEL 2.1:

Here is a link to all the software and drivers you may be able to use in building this server on 8.0:
