DL140 g3 with Windows 2003 R2a x64 I can not create partition..

I have Dl140 g3 Windows 2003 R2a x64 configured with build-in SATA RAID1. I have system at 20 GB partition and rest of disk is unallocated. I use Disk Management snap-in and I would like to do New Partition (extended or primary) it is not important that with format or without format after sometime I receive "The requested timed out and could not be completed". So I can not create partition!!!
