DL140G3 + 16Gb memory
DL140G3
2CPU Intel 2.33 5140
LSI Logic 1068 (SAS)
2x36Gb HDD RAID1
16Gb Memory
Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition.
Try turn on Physical Address Extension (in boot.ini use key /PAE), and Windows after restart is not loaded.
There are any ideas how to solve this problem ?

Re: DL140G3 + 16Gb memory
If i use internal SATA, with PAE no problems - Windows determine 16Gb.
How using LSI Logic 1068 enable PAE ?
