DL145 Error

Morning,

I am used to working with DL300's and higher and I usually configure the server via a smart start CD.

I just bought a DL145 and when I load my Windows 2003 Server CD I get a message that states: "Windows cannot recognize any hard-disks on the computer."

It also mentioned something about "please use manufactuered supplied diagnostics".

Has anyone ever had this happen? I cannot use smart start on a DL145 but yet I cannot get my OS loaded on the box.

If anyone can provide me with some help, and links/documentation on how to resolve this issue would greatly be appreciated.
