DL145 Firware Upgrades - No Floppy
Hello,
I have a couple of DL145's that I need to upgrade the firmware on. These were ordered with CD-ROM drives, not floppy drives. The System ROMpaq firmware driver install (SP31039) wants to create a boot floppy. How can I do this without buying a floppy drive?
Thanks for your help.
Steve Jones

Q2. Can the front USB port on the DL145 G2 be used as a floppy replacement?
A2. Utilities are now available that allow the use of USB instead of floppy for a number of tasks, including system boot from USB drive key.
