DL145 G2 Management Agents

We currently use a 3rd party application to pull hardware status (e.g. PSU or disk failures etc) using SNMP from DL3xx servers via their management agents.

Is it possible to do the same using a DL145G2? I've read that these servers integrate with HP SIM via WMI to retrieve hardware status. Is their any way via SNMP?

We have a Dual-Core DL145G2 server with the 2120S SCSI RAID controller and 72GB disks.

Andy,
Unless something has changed recently (which I know it hasnt) HP does not support SNMP management agents on the 100 series servers. You must rely on WMI to retrieve any and all information that you are requesting.
Because of the nature of these servers and having low feature sets all the information that SNMP agents would be able to provide are also available through WMI.
