DL145 G2 PCI-e Riser Card
I've just bought an old Proliant DL145 G2 server and installed Windows 2008 Server R2, but the graphic hardware looks (of course) outdated. The idea would be to use a graphic adapter PCI-e card to solve this issue, but haven't been able to find what is called PCI-E riser card board. The server comes with its own PCI-X riser card, but there seems to be no graphic cards available in this fomat. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Re: DL145 G2 PCI-e Riser Card
Hi, The DL145 G2 has support for an optional PCI-Express riser card that replaces the full-length PCI-X slot in the system. The optional PCI-Express Riser card is p/n 378841-B21.
Please refer to following documents for more information:

Re: DL145 G2 PCI-e Riser Card
Hi,
There seems to be a PCI Express Riser Card for this server.
Please refer to the following links:
Click here for HP ProLiant DL145 G2 Server - PCI Slot Configuration.
Click here for Part# 408294-001 PCI Express riser board.
Click here for HP ProLiant DL145 Generation 2 Quick specs.
Just consult with HP Presales before ordering the part.
Good Luck!
I work for HPE.
