DL145 G2 SATA RAID Recommendations

Hi there,

I'm looking for recommendations for a SATA RAID 0 / 1 card that will fit my DL 145 G2 server. I'm going to run ESXi and the RAID that is onboard the 145 is apparently software RAID and therefore not supported (Though to be fair, it's questionable as to whether RAID exists at all on this server judging by my research!). I can't check, as the server hasn't turned up yet...

So I'm looking for a RAID 1 card that will fit this server (Part code appreciated!), and it'd be nice if it's pretty cheap!

Any recommendations welcomed!

Thanks for that. The card that you provided is a SCSI card, whereas i'm looking for SATA.

However the link you provided did provide the answer in the Promise TX2300 PCI card.
