DL145 powering down

I have a DL145 server that worked fine for several months. Now all of the sudden it will just spontaneously power down. There are a number of entries in the Management log about temperature readings, etc. All the fans are running and nothing appears to be even warm. It can take up to 2 days for this to happen. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There only few differenced between DL140 and DL145 check if that will work for you
