DL145 system fans

Does this model have a management package that controls the processor fan speed ?

I've done some searching and haven't been able to find anything.

Baseboard Management Controller (BCM) takes care for fan you need to install all drivers that comes from Cd or from
http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/index.html selects O/S and Model.

Thanks for that ... There are only drivers for the windows 2000 server platform not the windows server 2003 platform.

Any other ideas ?
