DL160 G6/G8 issue with HighPoint RocketRAID 4520 SAS/SATA controller compatibility

I have a SAS/SATA controller, HighPoint RocketRAID 4520, with the latest firmware version. It works perfectly with any PC or server except HP Proliant DL160 servers. When the system attempts to address the hard disks connected through it, the whole system either slows down considerably or completely freezes. Any attempts to manage the controller also fail during any kind of write operations. Apparently the reason for this is the implementation of the PCI-Express bus for the HP Proliant DL160 series, which is unable to work correctly with PCI-E x8 devices. I attempted to update the server firmware, but it didn't fix the problem. The controller itself is 100% working, it was checked with other PCs and servers.
