DL160 G6 USB issue

I was trying to install RHEL 3.0 on my DL160.

It kept on hanging during the USB module load.

A work around was suggested to disable the USB ports.

I disabled the ports in BIOS and installation didnt hang. however now the keyboard does not work!

I cannot get into BIOS to enable the USB ports.

Server has only USB ports no PS/2.

i think to get in bios correct timing and tap f9 it will be shown on post

or on sys board i think you will see when you remove clear cmos maintenance switch it clears nv ram

shut down server power flick it over
startup
then flick it back usb may be back now
