Does DL160 Gen8 comes with dynamic power capping by default out from factory?
The icon at the boot up screen does not lit up. Thanks.

check iLO for power capping configuration.
update the system bios.
enable power capping from iLO. please refer to page no.11 of the following doc for more info:
