DL180 G5 configuration question

Hello, I'm trying to confirm/deny that the following configuration will work?

HP DL180G5

with either upgraded smart Array P800 controller, or P400/512

8 bay Drive Cage

1 x Quad port GB ethernet card
1 x FC HBA card
lights-out enabled

I just need to confirm that I can use the 2 x PCI express cards along with the upgraded Smart Array P800 controller for the 8 bay drive cage, and HP lights out.
