DL180 G6 Fans at 100% and very loud but only 20° in the room

Hello There

We have received our new HP DL180 G6.
We have installed Windows 2008 Std yesterday. Everything is working fine except all the Fan's are runniing on 100% and are very loud.
We have installed all the drivers from the HP-Website, but Windows 2008 can not recognize 1 device installed(we didn't install any HW additional).
Is there someting we have to do to get the Fan's to a normal Level?
