DL180 G6 Partitioning

DL180 G6 Partitioning

I have a DL180 G6 with 14, 1TB drives. It will be used for storing images. I want to load Windows 2003 or 2008 Server. My thought is to have two, large 5 or 6TB partitions. When I tried installing the 2003 Server, it maxed out at 2 TB and left allot of space unaccessible. I've done some reading on MBR and GPT drives, which looks like my solution. Any thoughts and steps from those that have done this?.
