marya_admins  In battery is there  some lable with this spare  462976-001 ?

ttp://partsurfer.hpe.com/ShowPhoto.aspx?partnumber=462976-001

Because there is others battery similar but used in others smart arrays

Look this => http://partsurfer.hpe.com/ShowPhoto.aspx?partnumber=398648-001

Used only P400i/p400

try update the firmware first for last version 6.64
